PEPPER CHICKEN | |
1 lb. bag chicken legs or thighs 4 tbsp. peanut butter 2 tbsp. tomato paste 1 bouillon cube 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lg. diced onion 4 tbsp. lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. cayenne pepper Heat oven to 250 degrees. Blend onion, tomato paste, bouillon cube, salt, peanut butter and lemon juice together. Pour into a large covered dish or baking tray and chill. |
