CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. bunch fresh broccoli
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored)
2 cans cream of chicken soup or equivalent chicken gravy
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3 carrots

Clean and split broccoli stalks. Split carrots lengthwise. Arrange in large 3 quart casserole (broccoli flowerets towards center). Add 1/4 cup water. Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes, until tender. Prepare stuffing according to package for moist stuffing. Combine remaining ingredients of soup and chicken. Pour over carrots and broccoli. Top with layer of stuffing. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 20 to 25 minutes until hot all the way through, turning once or twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
