MEATBALLS & VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 med. diced onion
2 med. grated carrots
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 med. grated potato
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

Place tomato juice, catsup and water in large pan and heat. Combine other ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and drop into hot tomato juice mix. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be cooked in a pressure cooker at 10 pounds for 15 to 20 minutes. Excellent for Sunday luncheons.
