PECAN TASSIES | |
1 c. butter 6 oz. cream cheese 2 c. flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Blend butter and cream cheese with fork. Add flour. Mix well until smooth. Shape into 1-inch balls and place in tiny tins, pressing dough into bottom and sides of pans with fingers. Beat eggs slightly with fork. Add brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and vanilla. Mix with chopped nuts and spoon in the sugar and nut mixture. Fill cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. |
