CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. crushed potato chips
6 oz. can boned chicken or leftover chicken
1 c. cooked macaroni
10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1 c. peas
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni until tender. Blend soup and milk. Add onion, celery and bring slowly to boiling point, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange half of the crushed potato chips in bottom of baking dish.

Next add layer of macaroni, then chicken, then peas. Repeat layers. Pour soup mixture over all and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
