BEEF ROLADEN 
6 minute steaks or breakfast steaks
1/2 c. diced onion
1/3 c. diced carrots
1/3 c. diced dill pickles
1/3 c. bacon, cut up
Mustard
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. oil

Pound steaks if thick. Salt and pepper steaks. Spread 1 side of steaks with mustard. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of onion, carrots, dill pickles and bacon over steak. Starting at narrow end tightly roll up each steak. Fasten with toothpick. Brown in 3 tablespoons oil in skillet. Remove from skillet and put in a baking dish.

In the skillet saute the remaining onion, 2 tablespoon flour, stir until brown. Add 1 1/2 cups water to make a thin gravy. Pour over meat, cover and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender. Place steak on platter and carefully remove toothpicks. Strain the liquid and spoon over roladen.
