PAULINE'S PIG STOMACH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 lb. sausage
4 stems celery
3 med. onions
Salt and pepper to taste
About 3 qt. raw potatoes

Stuff stomach with above mixture and sew shut. Bake covered at 350 degrees approximately 4 1/2 hours (depending on size of stomach - pig, that is). Take lid off 1/2 hour before serving to brown.
