CHEESE CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drain juice
1 chilled can evaporated milk
25 graham crackers
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Dissolve the Jello in the hot water and let cool. Add the cream cheese, sugar and drained pineapple and mix.
