SHEILA'S HONEYED SWEET POTATOES 
A Holiday favorite!

6 medium sweet potatoes
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice

Cook sweet potatoes in small amount of salted water; drain, peel and cut in half lengthwise.

Put in baking dish and salt lightly. Heat remaining ingredients in saucepan and pour over potatoes.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, basting once or twice.

Makes 6 servings.
