LIGHT & FRUITY SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello of your choice
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Mandarin oranges (can) or pineapple chunks (can)

Dissolve Jello completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until Jello is thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Add drained oranges or pineapple and fold in. Place in mold. Chill for several hours, unmold, decorate with oranges or pineapple.
