CHEESE GRITS | |
1 c. grits 4 c. water 1 stick butter 1 roll garlic cheese 8 oz. grated cheese 1/4 tsp. season salt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Pour grits in boiling water. Reduce heat and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add butter and cheeses and stir until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt. When mixture is well blended, pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
