CHOCOLATE FUDGE COOKIES
(KRINGLES)
 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in heavy 2 quart kettle over low heat. Add oil and granulated sugar. Mix well. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well each time. Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into above mixture. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper and roll into balls in 10X sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake.
