BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak (cut into bite size strips)
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. noodles or rice

Toss meat in flour. Brown in hot fat. Remove meat from pan. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook gently until onions are transparent. Add meat and remaining ingredients except noodles or rice. Simmer about 1 hour, don't boil, stirring often. Serve on hot noodles or rice.
