MINT PARFAIT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 cube butter
1 can Hershey syrup (1 lb.)
4 eggs

Mix above ingredients. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 4 tbsp. milk 4 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring 1 1/2 tsp. green food coloring

Mix together and spread over brownies. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Melt together 1 cube butter and 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips. Pour over brownies. Refrigerate until set. Cut into bars.
