PORK CHOP SUPPER 
Salt & black pepper
4 new red potatoes (sliced)
4 sm. carrots (sliced)
4 sm. onions (sliced)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
4 heavy duty foil strips, 12x18"

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops lightly if desired. Place 2 chops on each foil strip. Arrange 1 potato, 1 carrot and 1 onion over each pair of chops. Spoon 1/2 can of soup over chops and vegetables. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon marjoram over ingredients on foil. Securely wrap each strip into a loose packet and grill over moderate coals for 50-60 minutes. This recipe may also be baked in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with citrus avocado salad. Preparation time 10 minutes.
