MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. hot coffee
2 eggs

Sift all dry ingredients together; add the liquids and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, beating 2 more minutes (batter will be thin). Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
