SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. brewed coffee, cooled
1 c. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan or 2 9-inch round pans.

In large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until well blended, constantly scraping bowl with spatula. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Frost.
