CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1 c. plain flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs

Mix together by hand. Melt together: 2 sticks butter

Add to above flour mixture. Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake in foil baking cups in muffin pan for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 24 cupcakes.
