BREAKFAST QUICHE 
6 slices bread
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. cheese, shredded
1 lb. breakfast sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the sausage and drain. Lay the slices of bread in a 9x13 inch pan, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the sausage over the bread. Sprinkle the cheese over the sausage, then pour the egg and milk mixture over the top. Cover with lid or foil and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, when ready to bake, bake about 30 to 45 minutes. it is ready when egg and cheese is not runny.
