POOR MAN'S LOBSTER 
1 lb. frozen haddock fillets
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Bay seasoning

Bring water and seasonings to a boil. Add frozen haddock; bring to a boil again. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon and melted butter.
