CHOCOLATE MINT CREAMS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 lb. pastel cream mint kisses

Stir together flour and soda. In pan heat brown sugar, butter and water over low heat, add chips and stir until melted. Pour into mixing bowl and let cool 15 minutes, beat eggs into chocolate mixture, add flour mixture, chill 2 hours. Roll into 1" balls. Bake 350 degrees 8 minutes, remove and put a mint on top of each cookie and return to oven for 2 minutes. Swirl the melted mint to frost cookie.
