CHOCOLATE MINT CREAM 
16 oz. pkg. Oreo's
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
7 1/2 oz. pkg. dainty colored mints

Crush cookies. Add melted butter. Put half of this mixture in 9x13 pan. Fold together whipped cream (whipped stiff with 6 tbsp. sugar), marshmallows and mints. Spread on crumbs in pan. Spread remaining crumbs on top of filling. Refrigerate one day before serving.
