JOHN'S MEATLOAF 
1/2 lb. each of ground beef, pork and veal
2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to suit
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. sage
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk

Mold into large loaf pan. Strips of bacon on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Minute oatmeal may be substituted for crumbs.

Or use 2 small loaf pans to keep from splattering.
