ZUCCHINI POTATO SOUP 
2-3 med. zucchini
2-3 med. potatoes
2 sm. onions
4 c. chicken broth
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Slice vegetables and simmer in broth with garlic, salt and pepper. Puree in blender. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with 3/4 cup plain yogurt (optional), dill or curry powder to taste.
