MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES 
1 c. butterscotch pieces
1 1/2 c. sifted bread flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a heavy saucepan, melt together the butterscotch and butter. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the eggs. Add the flour mixture gradually, stirring well. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Do NOT overbake.
