BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese

Butter casserole. Cook and drain broccoli. Beat milk, eggs, salt and Bisquick. Stir in cheese and broccoli. Bake 1 hour until knife comes out clean. Corn can be substituted for broccoli.
