BEST EVER STRAWBERRY PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. cold water
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
Fresh strawberries

Mix crust and press into pie plate. Prick crust with fork. Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Mix water and cornstarch together in saucepan until cornstarch dissolves. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Add Jello, mix and cool mixture. When cool, pour over fresh strawberries in crust. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
