PEPPERONI BREAD

2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. pepperoni, finely chopped
1 c. cheese, finely chopped (normally sharp Cheddar)

Spread cheese/pepperoni mixture onto rolled out bread dough. Spread approximately 1/2 inch from edge. Fold 1/3 of dough to center, then fold other 1/3 to center. Tuck under ends. Let rise 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Bake bread for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush bread with whipped egg or milk. Return to oven and bake until golden brown.
