PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 pkg. frozen bread (2 loaves per pkg.)
2 pkg. sliced pepperoni or 1 stick pepperoni
Garlic salt

Thaw bread and allow to rise for about 3 hours. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Press dough onto cookie sheets until flat. Cover with pepperoni. Roll the dough lengthwise to form a log. Pinch seams closed. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Brush top with butter and sprinkle on garlic salt.

Variation: Add 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese per loaf. Cover the pepperoni with cheese before rolling up.
