2-3 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 - 3 1/2 oz. cream cheese
2 jars Old English
1 jar Roka blue cheese
Chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients except nuts. Refrigerate until firm. Roll in chopped nuts. Will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator.
