BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (approx. 10 oz.)
Flavored bread crumbs

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Add cubed cheese to sauce. Stir until melted. Add to cooked, drained macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20-30 minutes, until desired crispness.
