GREEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. can milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can chopped green chilies 1 sm. jar pimentos 1 lb. hamburger 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. longhorn cheddar cheese, shredded Flour tortillas Microwave chicken soup, milk and Velveeta cheese on med - high until melted and stir often. Then add chilies and pimentos; stir. Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Drain, cool and add cheddar cheese. Warm flour tortillas in microwave under damp paper towels. Fill each with hamburger mixture and roll. Place in 10 x 13 inch pan (glass pan not recommended). Pour cheese mixture over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover lightly with foil if browning too quickly. |
