GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. longhorn cheddar cheese, shredded
Flour tortillas

Microwave chicken soup, milk and Velveeta cheese on med - high until melted and stir often. Then add chilies and pimentos; stir. Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Drain, cool and add cheddar cheese. Warm flour tortillas in microwave under damp paper towels. Fill each with hamburger mixture and roll. Place in 10 x 13 inch pan (glass pan not recommended). Pour cheese mixture over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover lightly with foil if browning too quickly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
