EASY CHILI SAUCE 
30 red tomatoes
6 apples, peeled & cored
6 pears, cut up, skins removed
6 peaches, scald & remove skins
6 onions, chopped
2 red peppers
1 big bunch celery, chopped
4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
1 box mixed spices, tie in cheese cloth & float

Place all ingredients in large pan and cook slowly 2 hours or until tender. Seal in sterilized jars.
