FLAPJACK FRY BREAD 
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 cups milk

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Combine milk and butter.

Mix dry and liquid ingredients together to form a soft dough ball Pat out 1/4-inch thick. Punch with fork all over.

Fry in a greased skillet, flip when bread turns a golden brown, be careful not to burn.
