CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. rice
Garlic salt to taste
1 cabbage
1/4 bell pepper
3/4 c. catsup

Core cabbage, place in kettle, cover with water and a pinch of baking soda. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 10-15 minutes; drain. Leaves should be pliable. Mix meat, rice, and garlic salt. Place a small amount of stuffing in each cabbage leaf around stuffing tight. Place rolls in shallow skillet. Tuck a slice of bell pepper between each roll. Pour catsup over all. Cover with water. Cover pan; bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
