1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. salt
1 c. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Marinate meat (use beef or pork tenderloin cubes) for a minimum of 4 hours.
