MEAT MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
Parsley flakes
1/3 c. Real Lemon juice
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. wine or wine vinegar

Great for shish kebabs! Mix all ingredients; marinate meat overnight

I first found this recipe about 20 years ago in a cookbook that came with my first propane BBQ grill. I'm so happy to have found it again here. The only addition I made was to add 1 tbsp. of Wright's Liquid Smoke flavoring for that smokey BBQ grilled flavor. This marinade is wonderful for any cut of red meat even roasts. I did find that marinating meats overnight worked best. And remember to let any grilled meat sit tented under a sheet of aluminum foil for at least 20 minutes after taking it off the grill to allow juices to redistribute.
