MEAT MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 crushed cloves garlic

Combine all of the above ingredients. Can be kept in refrigerator in a closed container and used again. Marinate meat for 4-6 hours.
