SNOWBALL CAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash salt
4 c. Dream Whip
1 can coconut

Break cake into small pieces and place half of them in 9 x 9 x 2 glass dish. In bowl, dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoon hot water. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice, pineapple, and boiling water. Refrigerate until slightly set. Add half of Dream Whip and pour over cake pieces. Place rest of cake pieces on top, cover with remaining Dream Whip and to with coconut. Keep refrigerated. This is a great summer dessert - no baking needed!
