MUSTARD FRIED CHICKEN 
Chicken, as needed
1 egg
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt
Pepper
Flour

Beat egg and mustard, set aside. Skin, wash and drain chicken on paper towels. Salt and pepper to taste. Coat chicken with flour. Dip chicken pieces in egg and mustard mixture. Coat again with flour. Fry about 30 minutes (until done) in corn oil.
