HOT WINGS 
Chicken wings
Salt
Pepper
2 bottles hot sauce
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. dark honey

Season wings with salt and pepper. Fry wings without battering with flour. Melt butter, then add hot sauce and honey. Bring mixture to a boil. When wings are done, dip into sauce and place on baking sheet. After dipping all wings, pour remaining sauce over wings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
