BARBECUED RIBS 
2 lbs. spareribs, country style ribs or beef shortribs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. tomato catsup
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
Pepper

Place ribs in casserole. Mix all other ingredients together and simmer 15 minutes. Pour over ribs and cover. Bake at 350 degrees 2 hours or until tender. Baste occasionally.
