BARBECUED RIBS 
4 lbs. ribs
1 clove garlic
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed tomatoes
3 dashes Tabasco
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Rub ribs with cut garlic. Place in shallow pan and brown 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown onion in melted butter. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 1 hour. Pour sauce over ribs and roast 45 minutes.
