FLAKY BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. oil

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Pour milk and oil into a large measuring cup but do not stir. Add all at once into flour mixture. Stir quickly with fork. On a lightly floured board, knead gently about 10 times. Roll or pat into 1/2" thick. Cut with 2" biscuit cutter. Put on ungreased pan. Bake 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
