MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 eggs
2 c. thin white sauce
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut or grate cheese in small pieces. Add to white sauce, stir over low heat until melted thoroughly. Combine with macaroni with eggs. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake in oven until smooth and bubbling.

SAUCE:

1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Melt butter, then add flour. Make sure not to lump the flour, then add milk and cheese, pour over the macaroni and egg mixture.
