CHERRY VANILLA PARFAIT 
1 c. cold milk
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. French vanilla pudding
1 c. canned cherry pie filling

Combine cold milk, sour cream, and almond extract in a bowl. Add pudding mix. With mixer, beat until well blended. Layer pudding and cherry filling in parfait glasses. Chill about 1 hour and serve.
