3 c. flour
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. + 3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. water

In 9x13 cake pan mix flour, cocoa, sugar and salt. Make three holes. Add oil, vanilla and vinegar over mixture. Pour over water and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
