APPLESAUCE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. applesauce
2 c. Special K cereal

TOPPING:

1/2 can tomato rice soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Parsley flakes
Bay leaves

Mix main ingredients well and shape into meatballs. Pour 1/2 tomato rice soup and 1/2 cream of mushroom soup over the meatballs. Put 1 teaspoon flakes and 2 bay leaves over top and refrigerate overnight. Remove parsley and bay leaves and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
