KRAUT & FRANKFURTERS 
1 (No. 2 1/2) can Silver Floss Kraut
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. sugar
8 frankfurters
8 slices bacon

Combine kraut, tomato juice, onion, horseradish and sugar. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Turn into shallow pan. Wrap each frankfurter with bacon and arrange in decorative fashion on top of kraut. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
