BRANDIED FRUIT 
1 can Del Monte apricots
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can pears
1 can peaches
1 jar red spiced apple rings
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. peach brandy or Schnapps

Mix sugar and flour together. Add brandy. Chunk butter. Put in saucepan. Cook until thick and creamy. Drain fruit. Pour cooked mixture over fruit. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Great served with pound cake, ice cream or alone.
